Ingredients
Makes: 1/2 Cup
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp tahini
- a pinch of Himalayan salt and ground pepper
- 1 tsp maple syrup or stevia powder (optional)
Method
1. Combine all ingredients and whisk well.
